INTAKE PROCESS
✅ Initial inquiry & screening: Prospective residents (or referral partners) connect with us via phone, email, or online. We conduct an initial screening to understand recovery status, readiness for structure, and overall fit for the program.
✅ Application & Resident Information: Qualified applicants complete intake forms that include: personal and emergency contact information, recovery background and referral source, employment and financial status. This helps us understand each resident’s needs and goals from the start
✅ Review of Policies & Expectations: Residents review and sign key agreements to ensure clarity and accountability, including: program participation agreement (structure, rules, expectations), financial responsibility ($1,500/month + $500 intake fee), drug and alcohol testing consent, relapse and re-entry agreement, and the fair housing and non-discrimination policy
✅ Safety & Compliance: To maintain a safe environment, residents must (1) authorize a background check (2) disclose all medications (3) consent to random drug and alcohol testing
✅ Move-In & Orientation: At move-in, we complete, property and room inspection, personal belongings inventory, orientation to house structure, routines, and expectations
✅Goal Setting & Program Integration: Residents complete a structured goal-setting process focused on (1) sobriety and recovery goals (2) personal growth and life skills (3) career and financial independence
✅ Ongoing participation includes therapy, recovery meetings, and life skills programming
✅ Ongoing Accountability: Residents are expected to (1) maintain sobriety, (2) participate in weekly programming and meetings, (3) follow house rules and structure, (4) track progress through weekly check-ins
