INTAKE PROCESS
✅ All program applicants require a three-step process to be formally approved for our program
✅ We want to ensure that our program is the right fit for each interested individual, and that they are the right fit for TFTH, and every member that is currently enrolled as well
✅ The first step is to complete the paper application and answer the questions in as much detail as possible, as we get many applications throughout the week, and this allows our team & house members to determine who they would like to speak with for the next phase
✅ After a decision is made, we have a brief phone/video interview with the applicant to ask any questions we have missed and allow them to ask us questions as well
✅ Finally, if we have multiple applicants applying, we have the house members take a community poll to determine the next applicant to join the program
✅ We are a community-based program so it is important for our house members to have a voice in who joins, along with who may leave depending on the situation
